I am a resident of AZ, USA, and we see chemtrail spraying here often.
No explanation is ever given, of any believability. We are simply left to our own devices to research why this might be happening, and my own views are this has been going on for many decades, is not new, and has many explanations, none of which are very palatable to the average person.

Most likely, yes. The old video in the post I linked to shows the UK military doing this in the 1960s and admitting to it (actually in the area I live in now). They already proved that they will poison the people in secret and not apologise.. So to call them doing this again now to be only a hypothetical possibility, as many do, is extremely ignorant - we don't know all the details, but there is plenty of evidence of this being done on a large scale for a long time..
