Wow, it can be really dispiriting, can't it? I like your approach, though, and interesting to see what you've gleaned from your research and training.

As an ex-recruiter, I hated fancy formatting. I wanted people to tell me what I wanted/needed to know in one side of A4, followed by the facts of their employment history and qualifications on another side. Saints preserve me from the five A4 sides where I had to excavate the critical stuff from all the distracting detail, especially when I had 240 applications to go through.

I've not come across computer ATS, so I shall be intrigued to see how you get on.
