Power Up of HIVE, LEO, STEM and how to earn these tokens through blogging [ENG-ESP] #HPUD
Crypto taught me to think in long term. When I started on this platform I saw Hive Power as something a little bit abstract, I didn't understand it at all. I had never posses something such as "hard money" or stake before. I think that is what happen to many new users. That is way I never Power Up or Power Down these days, I don't like to manipulate something if I don't understand it at all.
Now I have a better vision of the "big picture". This is my 4° participation on the Power Up day. Sometimes I power up little amounts at the middle of the month, but I often take an advantage of the Hive Power Up Day to increase my stake on the platform.

Right now I have +1300 HP, and my gold is to become a dolphin by the middle of 2021, but I think I will reach these 5000 HP before that. Since I live in Venezuela it is very difficult to invest, so I'm planning to do that by authorship with my blog and with some staking.

Recently I use LeoDex.io by first time, it is a very useful interface, I powered up all my tokens from there, and traded some Hive for Leo. This is my 3° post using LeoFinance tag and I planning to share more content oin the interface.
What content to post on LeoFinance? You can check this post were you can see some examples, or check leopedia.io and the FAQ, specifically this link: https://leopedia.io/faq/#what-kind-of-content-can-i-post-on-leofinance it explains what kind of content can you post on LeoFinance.
You can post using LeoFinance.io interface or using #LeoFinance #Finance tags (and other I don't remenber) in any position. Your post has to be related to crypto, finance, etc. (check the links).

Now I reached 1.6k STEM power. I earned STEM tokens by authoring posts on @STEMsocial community. STEMsocial and STEMgeeks are different communities, but you acn always use the tag #STEM if your content is related to science, technology, engineering or maths. You don't have to post "hardcore" science or be an expert in something in order to post in these communities, if you just love any stem topic you can write about it.
In this post written by @gentleshaid you can find information about the curation guidelines for STEMsocial project. You can visit the community or the STEMsocial dApp.
In this post you can find information about what content to publish using the #STEM tag or within the STEMgeeks dApp in order to receive upvotes and earn the STEM token. If you post using the dApp you can earn more tokens than if you post with Hive.blog or PeakD.com using the #STEM tag.

I also had some small amounts of Hive Engine tokens so I decided to stake it all (except some STEM tokens), since I was not doing anything with all of it.

Las criptomonedas me enseñaron a pensar a largo plazo. Cuando empecé en esta plataforma, veía al Hive Power como algo un poco abstracto, no lo entendía del todo. Nunca antes había poseído algo como "moneda dura" o stake. Creo que eso sucedo con muchos usuarios. Es por eso que nunca realicé Power Up o Power Down en mis inicios, no me gusta manipular algo que no comprendo del todo.
Ahora, tengo una mejor visión del panorama. Esta es mi 4° participación en el día del Power Up. A veces realizo el Power Up de pequeñas cantidades a mediados de mes, pero suelo aprovechar el día de Power Up para incrementar mi stake.

Ahora he alcanzado los 1.6k STEM power. He ganado tokens STEM mediante la publicación de posts en la comunidad @STEMsocial. STEMsocial y STEMgeeks son diferentes comunidades, pero siempre puedes usar la etiqueta #STEM si tu contenido está relacionado con ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas. No tienes que publicar contenido en "ciencia dura" o ser experto en algo para publicar en esas comunidades, si simplemente amas algún tópico STEM puedes escribir sobre ello.

También tenía pequeñas cantidades de tokens de Hive Engine así que decidí hacer Power Up de todos (excepto algunos tokens STEM), ya que no estaba haciendo nada con todo eso.

Yeah, it took me some time since I started on steemit, when Hive was created I starting to see the importance of Hive Power and the delegated proof of stake.
I was/am a slow learner, too....
