RE: The busy city's Cyber Hub.

That's a beautifully designed high-end IT development. The concrete culvert seating is innovative. Does this mean that foreign architects and international firms are allowed to practice there without a local counterpart?

It indeed is a well designed and innovative hub. Actually the rule says to incorporate local counterpart. But what happens is politics and corruption which usually lands up these huge private gigs into high end foreign Architects and designers. The corporate firms hiring architects gives no good salary and most people in lure of the job ends up taking hem which sets the bar low. All dreams and promised jobs and salaries went to vein after the college was over and that happens nation wide. That's why many people are switching to abroad and places like Dubai, U.S. etc.
By the way thanks for commenting @discoveringarni :)

Thanks for explaining and illustrating the actual scenario there. Sad to hear but it is true, reality hits after graduation.
