Well, technically SpaceX is still a private company and it is not even profitable. Yes, one day it will bring profit, but so far it is not even close.
Elon Musk's philosophy is that if a problem arises in the afternoon this must be solved at night, it cannot wait until the next day
If only all support personal (especially in IT and finance) could have the same philosophy.
