Hola😊 amigos de #Hive.. llevo días sin escribir..pues he estado muy ocupada en mi especialidad y el trabajo. Hemos realizado varias evaluaciones en la semana, como las que les contaré que hicimos hoy.

Hello😊 #Hive friends... I haven't written for days...because I've been very busy with my specialty and work. We have carried out several evaluations in the week, such as the ones that I will tell you about that we did today.

El día de hoy mis compañeros y yo debíamos hacer una presentación sobre una enfermedad transmisible previamente informada y que por su trasnmisibilidad están sujetas a Control Sanitario Internacional y las Arbovirosis.

Today my colleagues and I had to make a presentation on a communicable disease previously reported and that due to their transmissibility are subject to International Sanitary Control and Arboviruses.

Las enfermedades a estudiar fueron.. Ébola, Covid-19, Paludismo, Viruela Símica y Fiebre Amarilla (que me tocó a mí). Debíamos hablar brevemente sobre sus antecedentes históricos (donde fueron diagnosticadas por primera vez), epidemiología (dónde son más frecuentes ), cuadro clínico, métodos de diagnóstico y tratamiento, además de las medidas de control de foco para evitar la enfermedad y su propagación.

The diseases to be studied were... Ebola, Covid-19, Malaria, Monkeypox and Yellow Fever (which happened to me). We had to talk briefly about their historical background (where they were diagnosed for the first time), epidemiology (where they are more frequent), clinical picture, diagnostic methods and treatment, in addition to the focus control measures to prevent the disease and its spread.

Todas estas patologías tienen características similares: son arbovirosis, autolimitadas, trasmitidas por vectores y sin tratamiento específico, razón por la cuál la mayoría de las medidas a aplicar son bastantes comunes para todas ellas.

All these pathologies have similar characteristics: they are arboviruses, self-limited, transmitted by vectors and without specific treatment, which is why most of the measures to be applied are quite common for all of them.

A este tema le agregamos el protocolo de actuación en nuestro país ante la llegada de algún pasajero, tripulante o colaborador procedente de algunas de las zonas endémicas de estas enfermedades..( todas las medidas que tenemos que realizar en cada puerto de entrada al país).

To this topic we add the action protocol in our country before the arrival of a passenger, crew member or collaborator from some of the endemic areas of these diseases... (all the measures that we have to carry out at each port of entry to the country) .

Al concluir la primera parte de la actividad... teníamos que hacer un seminario oral sobre las arbovirosis:(Dengue, Zika y Chikungunya) la profesora nos había dicho que iba a ser más o menos como un conversatorio...nosotros relajados..con eso..pero para sorpresa de nosotros ...la profesora picó papel en pequeños pedazos, los enumeró🥺 ...y a sorteo las preguntas 😭...por supuesto.. habíamos estudiado el tema pero no dejó de crear tensión y estrés en nosotros 🤭🤭.

At the end of the first part of the activity... we had to do an oral seminar on arboviruses: (Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya) the teacher had told us that it was going to be more or less like a conversation...we relaxed...with that...but to our surprise...the teacher cut the paper into small pieces, listed them ...and raffled off the questions😭...of course... we had studied the topic but it didn't stop creating tension and stress in us 🤭🤭.

A pesar de la tensión..de no saber que pregunta nos tocaría..lo pasamos bien...y aprendimos 😉..eso es lo que importa... ahí..les enseño algunas de las fotos 🙃🙃🙃

Despite the tension...of not knowing which question we would be asked...we had a good time...and we learned 😉...that's what matters...there...I'll show you some of the photos 🙃🙃🙃
