Elden Ring Xbox Tutorial part 3 - How to summon lone wolf spirits

In the last tutorial we showed you how to get your mount. Before you go any further into the story, make sure you watch this tutorial. If you miss this part, you might not be able to get these items for free.

After you get your mount, we will fast travel to Church of Elleh. It is here you will find that Merchant Kale is asleep and you meet a ghosty witch sitting on a wall. Talking to the witch will allow you to receive a summoning bell and the lone wolf ashes.

However, after you equip the lone wolf ashes in your quick item slot, you'll find that you are unable to use it. This is because you have to be in an area that allows you to summon spirits. We then head towards the "Groveside Cave" to find one such area.

Inside the Cave there are various wolves that can get a bit hard to fight as they run around very quickly. I tried to jump attack them a few times but they're quite easy to miss. So I just madly slashed at them and that seemed to work.

The boss area in this cave will allow you to summon the lone wolf spirits. While fighting the boss I tried to switch to a two handed weapon but somehow it didn't work for a bit, so I stood there and watched the spirits take down the boss "Beastman of Farum Azula".

After the beastman died, he dropped an item "Flamedrake Talisman". It seems to offer some fire resistance but other than that I couldn't see why I would equip it.
