It sounds like this is a family'weakness', I hope you are following your own advice. Being angry, by itself, is not enough exercise for your heart.

Thank you Arthur... She is home from the hospital as of a couple days ago in recovery process.
Yes, I do follow my own advice as it pertains to diet and exercise (most of the time) That is probably why I'm seemingly the healthiest of seven siblings, even being one of the eldest?
