Setting maximum speed of other devices, it is called setting network bandwidth limit. It used to be really available on mobile hotspot before but now they have taken the option off so many phones.

I usually enjoy this feature back then when I put on my phone hotspot to friends then set a speed limit but since we can’t find the setting on mobile hotspot, what I just do is to set the amount of data the connected device can use on my phone.
