It's strange to read that you had to pay for the router. Out internet provider is giving these for free. Obviously it has a value and if you damage it, you pay, but otherwise it's free to use, for free. Anyway, I'm glad you got one and can help you have a better connection.

Greetings @erikah no it is not strange, it is something very common that happens here, because the router that they were offering us when they offered us the internet, the brand of the router was one that we already had a bad experience I forgot to tell that, and we had stayed with the travel until we buy one that was of good quality and that lasts us over time, but at least the wait was good, no doubt if we had been offered a good router you would have decided and stayed with that, but I did not want to go through bad experiences and lose money, but well I'm glad you send us good vibes thanks for commenting I send you a big hug 🤗
