RE: Roku VS Google Chromecast: Who is the best?

I use Amazon's Fire Stick for the most part. It is useful for Amazon's own streaming service but also lets you install a large number of apps and can be used with other services like Netflix, Disney+ and pretty much anything else. In functionality, it is similar to the Roku though I haven't actually tried the Roku.

I've never been that interested in the Chromecast. While it might be convenient to throw something up on the screen from my phone now and then, I wouldn't really want to watch a movie or TV show like that. And if I wanted to watch locally stored content, I would just plug a laptop (or other PC) into my TV.

I forgot the Amazon one, it's probably one of the best along side to the Roku and the Chromecast...

At the end of the day, as you said, it works to throw something on your screen once in a while, a PC or laptop connected to your screen does the same thing.
