What a shame and what a horrible death but hot damn nature is amazing! Fungus never ceases to astound me with all the things it does.
Cordyceps has health benefits for people and other animals. Maybe this zombee is the cure for cancer.

Indeed, I know that there are several kinds of Cordyceps that are edible as herbs according to some articles I've read. But I'm not sure about the kinds that typically kill insects.
