I had a feeling the long term goal was to get steem users to require tron tokens for transactions on their network.

We will see what's up in the coming weeks..

I have a similar feeling. If you think about it, we don't pay for our transactions, it would probably be an advantage for some Tron users to do their transactions on Steem.

We'll see what the future brings.
