¡Accede!
The force of what they call "vulgar thought" (or "ideological world") of smuggling the words and the ideas contained in them is enormous, enormous! They jump to the frontiers that complexly divide what is their scrambled and almost always polluted environment, and what is the rigorous context of science, thus attempting to install in the latter, the biases and interests of social power consubstantiated with the former. Of course ... It is not that the habitat of science is immaculate, completely oblivious to the ideological and political biases that in an almost always hidden or sweetened way exerts power; do not; But, at least he carries on his shoulders a feature that places him in a very uncomfortable place for the power to stretch his legs and ask with an imposing voice to bring coffee to his armchair. We are talking about testing. It is that scientific knowledge makes explicit with logic, some theoretical approaches protected in the objectification (in the verification!). On the other hand, vulgar (ideological) culture carries in its entrails, as the Czech scholar Karel Kosík (1926/2003) would say, "a zigzag between truth and deception".
Well, one of the social-scientific categories that have been, to a greater extent, subject to the action of vulgar or ideological culture - so twinned with social power - to twist its arms, are, without a doubt, those associated with the notion of qualification of the worker. It must be said that the notion of qualification of the worker has to do with the category that in social science called political economy, we call productive forces and that when in the investigative and expository din this is used at the point of dialectical thought, we call unequivocally development of the productive forces.
We have no doubt that if any scientific-social knowledge must, in terms of world politics, urgently embrace the human problem of work (its extreme condition of pandemonium), since such scientific-social knowledge must be - without it existing the least hesitation- the one that not only carries in its texture the category of development of the productive forces (ontological element), but also carries in its texture the ideal that the teacher from Trier spoke in 1875 ... "To each according to its capacity and necessity "(ontological element).
Those of us who wrote this post have been trained in social sciences, philosophy of knowledge and philosophy of politics in Latin American, French and even North Korean universities; Even so, we know well that the ineffable UN will never consider our name as a reference to be part of its management. We do not exist. But since the imagination has some free will, we express here that we would condition our participation in such an enormous theater of operations, in terms of the fact that both the aforementioned social-scientific study and the political commitment to specify the ideal of social justice. Social justice away from all egalitarianism ( never flatten everything linked to talent) and lover of all differences in justice.

A POSTSCRIPT: In later articles we will elaborate a bit on this subject. We know well how terrible it is for the citizen interested in these issues linked to the process of human work, that references so linked in one way or another to it, are going through such a deep chiaroscuro and relativism. References such as: ergonomics, ergology, profesiology, profesiography, procastrination, burnout, mobbing and a thousand others! they cross, we reiterate, almost because of a "notional anything goes" which even tinges ordinary mortals with evil.
