Exploring Courtyard.io

Excited to see Courtyard with Sports and Pokemon cards. Having been part of my life like many others. Now we have "mint" digital versions of real cards that are graded, trade able, and redeemable!

Taking a look at OpenSea to see some of the listings.

There are Pokemon cards at the floor price of about four dollars.

Pokemon Booster Packs for $4.50

Finding a graded Pokemon card from Base set 2 from 2000 for only about seven dollars:

2000 Base Set 2 #89/130 Rattata (CGC 7.5 NM+)

Could potentially be an okay investment. Would have to research more. Higher grade or rarity likely to be a better buy as well. Although being cheaper and closer to the floor it may be worth it. Have to learn more about this market.

Found a "10" graded card for under ten dollars! Graded by CSG and from 2022. Being from a newer set it may have a higher (graded) population. Will get into checking that in another post.

2022 Donruss Elite #RE-5 Desmond Ridder (CSG 10 GEM MINT)

2024 Pokémon Scr EN-Stellar Crown #110 Orthworm EX - Holo (CGC 10 GEM MINT)

Going further down at $13.50 (USDC) a Pokemon card is found graded a 10 by CGC.

Found a Vee Friends card from a few years ago graded as a 9 that could be a good find. Last sold for $18, and listed for a month. Probably around market value.

2022 VeeFriends Series 2 - English Spiffy Salmon (CGC 9 MINT)

What do you think about physical cards being on the blockchain?
