Awww, what a lovely post, I know this fruit very well, we call it Iba in our village in Philippines. Very sour, but nice in sweets. Great in cooking with coconut milk. They bear prolific fruits. I actually got seeds of this and about to sow them.
Thank you for the mention, I am very pleased to hear that I inspired you with my post. 😊

Yeah you are right, this fruit is easy to find in Asia, but the majority of our people ferment it to get a very special kitchen spice ☺️☺️
That's amazing, fermentation really boosts up flavour, I always ferment food and they are good for you, that is a really great idea. Thank you for sharing.😊
Most specifically, you made your mother smile for being creative..😊
Yeah this is congratulation for me ☺️☺️
Well done ☺️
Hhhaaa thanks & your best 😘
Hehe, you're welcome ☺️
In recent times some of our people have also started fermenting durian as a kitchen spice, I will share this with you on another occasion ☺️☺️
Sounds good, but I can't imagine the smell of it! But the taste must be amazing. ☺️
Yeah of course ☺️
