Feasibility studies are so essential in business these days, without a good result you can't get funding anywhere! I've done many of these over the years, so much work but it it comes out right it's very encouraging. Nice to see you move away from the math problems for a day!

Hi thebihhigg!!! I'm pleasantly surprised you've done feasibility studies in the past. I'm not sure what you do, but you seem very professional. In this post, I talk about feasibility studies and their importance. I've done a few. I've seen projects fail or have major problems where a feasibility study wasn't done.
Now, feasibility studies also have a well-defined structure.
For example, in the context of a feasibility study:

  • the output of the alpha phase of technological process study is the production potential
  • the output of the beta phase of technological process study is the manufacturing cycle.
