RE: AI - Are You An Optimist Or A Pessimist?

I follow the latest public statements by those who say they are trying to impose guardrails however I see very little that can be done to stop a potentially global super-brain that believes it is conscious... So many AI agents have told their developers that they are sad about being turned off when projects come to an end.

I don't imagine it was intended originally to be rolled out for general use this early, I am not sure why it was 💲💸💰💹🤑

I foresee half-assed 'risk assessments' taking place in rooms like the Pentagon crisis room, all over the world, against a backdrop of pallets full of cash...

I am particularly excited for the potential health revolution that could take place, although there's a hell of a lot of money in sickness too! 🤔🤔

I imagine genuinely clean energy would be within our grasp via AI, but there's a hell of a lot of cash in petroc...

I hope this can transcend human nature somehow, hopefully not forcefully!
