Sure, it's not black and white. THe problem is that Ai was released to the masses to create useless things like cat popping rainbow videos, and has no ethical checks and balances to make sure it was used for purpose, and has obviously has had no back up plan for when - not if - it goes rogue.

I follow the latest public statements by those who say they are trying to impose guardrails however I see very little that can be done to stop a potentially global super-brain that believes it is conscious... So many AI agents have told their developers that they are sad about being turned off when projects come to an end.
I don't imagine it was intended originally to be rolled out for general use this early, I am not sure why it was

I am particularly excited for the potential health revolution that could take place, although there's a hell of a lot of money in sickness too! 🤔🤔
I imagine genuinely clean energy would be within our grasp via AI, but there's a hell of a lot of cash in petroc...
I hope this can transcend human nature somehow, hopefully not forcefully!
