Hi thebihhigg!!! I'm pleasantly surprised you've done feasibility studies in the past. I'm not sure what you do, but you seem very professional. In this post, I talk about feasibility studies and their importance. I've done a few. I've seen projects fail or have major problems where a feasibility study wasn't done.
Now, feasibility studies also have a well-defined structure.
For example, in the context of a feasibility study:

• the output of the alpha phase of technological process study is the production potential
• the output of the beta phase of technological process study is the manufacturing cycle.
