RE: Forgot my watch during a bike ride :(

There's a guy I regularly see running around here and he doesn't seem to have a watch or a phone on him. I would feel naked doing that! I had an old book about running that suggested you measure the distances by driving them. I started running just as phones were viable to track them, so have logged just about every run I've done. I hardly ran anywhere between leaving school and my late 40s.
