I bought something like that a while back. Mine don't have moveable lights and just a small panel on top, but they give really good light. One seems to have stopped working recently, but they have been up for a couple of years. Not having to run cables to them is a big advantage.
BTW I have never used Tiktok. I just don't need yet another platform.

They're really good! I have one that's been going for 6 years now.
Tiktok reached out to me via email and offered to monetise my account straight away so I started using it earlier this year
Fair enough. Got to exploit those opportunities.
