I agree with you. But probably this future is unavoidable. A company selling robots only for dangerous jobs would never be profitable. If you stop this current development, you need to stop capitalism. I don´t like it but is there a better choice? If e.g. one country creates restrictive laws against robots, the companies will go to other markets.
BTW, lawn mowing robots are in place since years already. For this you don´t need an humanoid shape.

Technological advances are inevitable and unstoppable, and as always the legislation of these technologies will be very slow, until "anomalies" occur that make them more restrictive.
Companies are going to play with that as always, and they adapt to it.
