I'm actually seeing it the other way. I don't think you are lazy since that is not your job. Now, the people at the repair shop are the ones who I feel are lazy. Do you know why?

I feel for you to have taken the system to them, they know that something is wrong with it. Even if they tried it and it was working fine, they should try to locate any problem or even try to check all the things that may be wrong with the system...

Well, that's what I feel and that is what an experienced repairer should do...

They did try of course and far more than they got paid for in time, but, I think they didn't have much chance with this one. However, I will message them on Monday and let them know the issue, just in case it helps them in the future.
