Prayer and remembrance

How are you, friends? Best wishes to you all, wherever you are.

On a bright Friday morning, we all gathered in the clean and beautiful schoolyard. The teachers, administrative staff, students, and the entire school community sat equally, regardless of wealth, poverty, or age. Everyone was absorbed in dhikr (remembrance of God) and prayer.

The boys and girls sat separately on wide mats. They lined up neatly and orderly, accompanied by their respective homeroom teachers. They opened their reading books and prayed.

The teachers, administrative staff, and other school members sat directly opposite the students. Led by one of the teachers and assisted by two students who had been selected in advance, everyone listened reverently and devoutly to the recitation of the dhikr leader.

The bright morning with its bright sunshine did not dampen our spirits. We continued to recite the blessings and prayers we recited together. We also intend to reward all the departed souls, especially our parents who have passed away.

This has become a regular activity that we continue to cultivate. For the students, this provides an opportunity to practice togetherness, order, and discipline as they look forward to the future.
