In Part 3 of this series I showed you The Perfect Girl \u2014 a painting made with a rotating toy Gatling gun loaded with pigment instead of water. Today I want to go deeper into what actually happened in that experiment. Not just artistically. Physically. Because when I analyzed the videos and the morphology of the splatter, I realized something: this wasn't only a painting. It was a fluid dynamics experiment running on bond paper.

When activated, the barrels spin and the pigment is ejected centrifugally. That centrifugal force is the key to everything that happens next.\nThe pigments I used were Blackcolor BF810 Red Strawberry and BF831 Black, manufactured by Qu\u00edmicas Orocolor C.A. in Maracay, Venezuela.
