Thank you! Yesterday was my brother's birthday too so, in a way, this will be a belated birthday gift for him. He's traveling to Dallas for work the week before the meeting so it'll be a hectic couple of weeks for him. Yes, the house is finally taking shape so we're happy about that. The contractor who did the wood floors destroyed our baseboards so we have the project manager coming out next week to discuss what they're willing to do for that. There's been hiccups at every stage of this project but nothing that can't be worked through. I hope you're well my friend!

Not so much about the renovations, but it so often happens when one undertakes work on the house. All will be well in the end, but it can be frustrating!
