In those days of youth and when cell phones had new features on a daily basis, it was fun to have a phone with the latest technology. It was very pleasant for me to call or pass messages between high school classmates, but those days are long gone for me hahahaha. Now I want to get as far away from cell phones as possible. I have done this disconnecting thing, in fact I did it for two months, although in my defense, it was also the holiday season at my job hehe, but it is still something I recommend, you can start with a weekend first and you will discover that it is very pleasant 😉

Indeed, giving up the phone for a weekend would be a challenge for me, but unfortunately I can't do it because of my job.
Being part of the team of volunteers in emergency situations I have the obligation to have the phone on 24/7.
If I go on holiday or for other reasons I cannot be present in the commune, I have to announce so that the bosses can appoint another person temporarily in my place, but everything is very strict.
