RE: Embracing the chill - Why people does not feel same cold at same temperature?

I've noticed that I respond to changes in the temperature more than the temperature itself.

I get cold in the Fall when the temperature is dropping but feel warm in the Winter after my body has adjusted to the cold.

I feel warm in the Spring as the temperature rises.

The temperature that made me feel cold in the Fall makes me feel warm in the Spring.
