Nice article.

I imagine that soil depletion is a major problem. Since the minerals that we consume do not go back into the farm, the world needs to take steps to assure that our farmland is restored.

Hello @irivers, the world needs to start reducing the use of synthetic products and implement sustainable alternatives with endogenous resources, to conserve the biodiversity of our soils that guarantee the decomposition of organic matter and thus maintain soil fertility.
