RE: How to select the right grass species for your terrain?

I would think that the native species are, in most cases, the best species for a region as they are acclimated to the region. People have a history of messing up regions by introducing invasive species in the name of questionable gains.

Good morning @irivers, thank you for your valuable comment, there is no miraculous pasture but without a doubt the best pasture is the one that is established on the farm, because that is an indicator that adapts to the soil and climatic conditions of the agroecositema. But despite this, there are producers who want to plant a new species, this article is aimed at them, because you can not change pastures for fashion, they must consider that the species they select adapts to the soil and climate conditions of the area, so that it can have an adequate yield of forage biomass.
See you later, have a great week.
