Well in my opinion if you can spend the money and take this bacteria won't hurt! it can be just a matter of faith in the end hehe but still it is something that might help a lot as we get older. I wish that I started earlier like this student that I talked to ... since he is in his 20s

Yep, the older we get the more good bacteria die from what I've read... Back in the days there was less knowledge
