Operating surgeon came and was surprised where the whole noise was coming from, when he saw it was medical students, he told us all to leave the theatre and that was the end
I think it must have been a personal preference, some of the surgeries I have experienced, the surgeon played music throughout.
You know how some people prefer to read in serene environments while others prefer busy places and some can read just anywhere, I think that's how this is too.
