MONOMAD : Telostylinus (Genus of Flies in the Family Neriidae)
Good evening friends, on this occasion I will share an insect macro photo object, the insect that I am sharing this time is called Telostylinus, this is an insect that belongs to the Neriidae family, this is a large family of flies. At first I was taking macro photos of the jumping spider, then suddenly when I was shooting the jumping, I saw a fly perched near me :
When I approached him and took several photos of an insect named Telostylinus, but only one photo I got with good focus (as you can see in the photo above), suddenly after that he jumped on my finger, as you see. below this :
Suddenly he was walking around on my fingers, pacing back and forth while nodding his head, making it difficult for me to determine the focus on this insect, but after taking several pictures in a row I finally looked and managed to find some pictures that I think are good to share in my post :
In the four pictures above you can see the mouth of this fly looks like it is elongated, and it looks like it is looking for something on my fingers, below I will also share a photo of this insect if we look at it from the back :
