I don't think it will be colonizable, it will still be dependant on earth for oxygen, food, water... Only a planet similar to earth could be sustainable

Yeah, I don't think it can ever be like Earth, except scientist customizes it to be fully independent which will then require a lot of money to do. I think it's still a long stretch and maybe it won't work until maybe 100 to 150 years into the future
