Another new adventure is coming up in the mountains. Today, as usual, we're visiting "Arrabida" to exercise and create content in one of the most visited landscapes in Setúbal. Today we're doing an "unofficial" trail to admire and try to explain a little about the type of Mediterranean ecosystem. I've visited this area so many times that it never ceases to amaze me, and I almost always discover something new.🚩🧭
Se viene otra nueva aventura en las montañas, hoy visitamos como de costumbre la "Arrabida" para ejercitarnos y crear contenido en uno de los paisajes más visitados de Setubal, hoy estamos realizando un sendero "no oficial" para admirar y tratar de explicar un poco el tipo de ecosistema mediterráneo, he visitado tantas veces esta zona que nunca me deja de sorprender y descubro algo nuevo casi siempre.🌍⛰️

I'm leaving you the coordinates and the location of the path you'll need to follow for today's hike. This area is known for being isolated, and most visitors—including myself—arrive here in private vehicles. There is no public transport except in the summer. After parking your car, get ready, the adventure begins! It's approximately 10 km and takes 3-4 hours to walk, depending on your pace.🚩😱
Te dejo las coordenadas y el sitio donde está el camino que tendrás que seguir para hacer la caminata de hoy, esta zona es conocida por ser aislada y la mayoría de los visitantes "inclusive yo" llegan acá en vehículo particular, no existe un transporte público más que solo en verano, luego de estacionar el carro prepárate que comienza la aventura son aproximadamente 10 km 3-4h de caminata dependiendo tu ritmo.🏰🗺️
I am not an expert in botany, but we can try to identify some species native to this Mediterranean region, such as: the genera Trifolium and Onopordum are shrubs that do not exceed a few meters in height, creeping, in summer we can see their inflorescence and in spring the flowers attracting pollinators.🚩⛰️
No soy experto en botanica, pero podemos tratar de ir identificando algunas especies propias de aqui del mediterranico tal como es: el genero Trifolium y Onopordum son arbustos que no sobrepasan los metros de altura, rastreros, en verano alcanzamos a ver si inflorescencia y en primavera las flores atrayendo los polinizadores.🌼🌻

This is probably the species (Leucodon sciuroides) that grows abundantly in winter in the mountains, when environmental conditions are appropriate such as cold and humidity; they almost always disappear in summer when there is no rain; today for example I counted more than 4 species of mosses.⛰️🌻

The Arbutus unedo is one of my favorite trees in Portugal, endemic to the Mediterranean, it produces fruits of various colors that correspond to the level of ripeness, with the red ones being the ripest, they are edible and brandy is made from them.🌻⛰️
