It is the same as with writing as while we are working digitally we forget to write. In the same way as we "hide" most of the time behind a screen, our way of interaction and speak has changed as well and now in a good way. Real human connections, in person through real experiences is the thing that we need and we are losing each passing day.

Speaking to a person you find out far more about them than messaging or writing. I do not know how you could build a business relationship with a client without face to face contact.
