You should just be yourself in life, and nobody else than yourself should determine your choices in business life and in organization life.

The education is doing something with us, otherwise there was no point with education programs at the universities. And we need long education and long research background with taking up similiar or unequal glasses from time to time.

The worst thing in life is in discussion things with opinions that have no foundation in the literature or in research. Short education programs are short in thinking, and long education programs are long in thinking. The thinking systems all ways can always be challenge. You should not have wrong beliefs in life. This is also wrong in organizations. Every employee should be inside or outside time!

There are many problems to dwell with in life, and one of the most important is the three-body problem. If you take three things, and put the forces on them in motion and you try to find the solution on them on where they are moving, you get an unsolvable solution. And the problem just escalates if there are more than three bodies. There are no solutions on them in the universe.

Researchers as you and me, mean that the earth has been there in 13,7 billions of years. We should use thinking and facts to reach our solutions here, and maybe the Bible was just written to reduce humans fear of different things at earth. You do not need other people in your surroundings than people living and working in the large societies. You can never put solutions to life, that are clustered with beliefs in small societies. And the grass is not necessarily greener at the other side!

The most challenging question you can ask in an environment, is what the people can aspire to of positions in every organization in every country. The three-body problem is an intellectual problem, and you cannot ever get a solution on it, either in philosophy or in physics. Life is about problems, but you should always use theories, methods and data on it. Try to explain everything with literature and free thinking, not with thought and beliefs you have no foundation for.

The three-body problem dwells on how we think, and why we are here to be. We should try to find problems, and find solutions on them, and we cannot be in relation to people not thinking or thinking in wrong ways. Think about the three-body problem as follows: Imagine that there have been three different suns in nature, just not the one we all are seeing today. If that is the situation, there will be too warm at earth, and all living creatures and the stones will be melt away. Since, there probably have not been three suns, this problem is not real. But the ways things were here can be questioned. And there is always quality and quantity of different things in nature, and such is the situation in all organizations at earth also. But we should always be friendly and act in such ways that the organization in question is even better!

We can dwell with philosophy, psychology and sociology and power through all life. And we need much literature and much research to understand all these things. And you should never be certain you get all the right answers by taking the phone. You need to get answers where there is competence and solutions that are reflected in theories and methods.
