Article - So, what is properly Scandinavian business, research and daily life?

We should sell as much as possible in the national and international markets, and we should have a message which all employees like and find are sensible from time to time.

We have not invented much of new products in Scandinavia through all times! But who should we blame? Is it you or me that are responsible or all people living and working in Scandinavia in every time of mankind. Or should we blame our parents, our grandparents and many more back in time. We are always living and working in the second, independently of where we work. And we need love and pleasure and enjoyment at any time! And somtimes, we must relax!

What image and identity do people from other countries than Scandinavia have of us coming from love, the cheese slicer, and the good and strong mood? We are just as all other humans, but we have our lives, and we have values and emotions for different things, for example smile, inclusiveness and the positive and nice comment! We should respect that people in all levels of society choose their work, and that we all love coming together sometimes. And we can have parties, and finding the love to a girlfriend og boyfriend!

So, what is really the solution of management and properly things in life in Scandinavia? We have many solutions for solving problems, but firm should have some inner values, and they should front themselves in different markets. Many people on earth ask what the Norwegians have done as long as there has been human lives. And several graduates think that the lunch package is Scandinavian, and something which is special for us. But Iceland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark should find their competitive and comparative advantages, also in the organizations. Things are new or they are as they have been established. That is true for all kinds of working areas.

So, should you ever think anytime negative about Scandinavia? You should love the people being here, and we are always working for creating welfare, and to distribute the welfare! That is the philosophy of all nations, also in the state budgets.
