New Cannabis Study Aims to Investigate Which CBD + THC Ratio is Best For Anxiety

A new upcoming cannabis large scale study is looking to investigate which combinations of THC and CBD might work best for anxiety treatment.

Previously, scientific research in this area has suggested that CBD might help to offset psychiatric side-effects of THC. Other studies have suggested that low dose THC might help offer some remedy for stress, there are many people who have already turned to CBD or THC products for stress and anxiety.

Repeatedly there have been suggestions that there might be some benefit with anxiety-related disorders and cannabis, using either THC or CBD for example.

Still, despite the research that has been done so far there is a lot more study they say that needs to be done to fully understand what connection there might be here.

However, when customers are asked why they are turning to cannabis with THC or CBD only products, one of the most common reasons is anxiety for many.

Today there are millions of people around the world who suffer with anxiety and there are numerous products that have come to market to try and address this problem. Cannabis is a natural production option that is available for some to explore already, including the CBD market. Even though researchers might seek to find out which ratio for THC and CBD might be best, it can be difficult to establish a general assumption for all people when using the products given that individual cannabis experiences can be vastly diverse.

individual cannabis experiences can be vastly diverse.

This really makes stablishing a specific ratio difficult. But, who knows, if they gather enough data, maybe they would find a recommended ratio for the majority of the consumers. 🙂

With a big enough sample, probably yes. But first cannabis needs to be legalized in many countries, for example in my country (in Hungary) too, to make it available for the general public.

Agree. It needs to be legalized in many countries first. It is difficult to conduct a study/survey when you can be convicted because of it.

I have really been liking the 1:1 ratios that I get with some edibles. It is a nice balance and actually helps my anxiety more than just straight THC, that actually can make me more anxious at times.
