Natural Vitamins Can be Synthetic Vitamins, Thanks FDA

Synthetic Vitamin E

With the increased demand for Vitamin E, synthetics made their way into our food supply chain. Not only in the animals we eat, but in most products we use without our knowledge. These synthetics occupy:

  • Dietary Supplements
  • Food and Beverages
  • Cosmetics & Personal Care
  • and Animal Feed.

To make matters worse, the FDA changed Nutritional Facts about them. Now packaging labels help hide their identity.

What does this mean for consumers? We can no longer trust what we consume. Pure or synthetic, hidden behind names only a scientist can recognize. (Business Wire. 2021).

Some of these synthetics, mislabeled. They can cause severe negative impact on human health and lead to death. No longer does a vitamin protect a person from sickness. They instead increase the chances of cancer and heart disease as shown in studies. It's yet another win for BigPharma and a loss for humanity. Almost all vitamins on the market today incorporate synthetics. They’re toxic death capsules labeled as nature helpers.

Terms To Watch Out For

If you come across the ingredient ascorbic acid, it’s a fancy word for synthetics. And with Vitamin C, we must be careful. All tablets with 1000MG per pill, they're not real.

Why? At max, a C capsule can contain around 150MG of food. To find non-synthetic forms, look for "vitamin C 100 mg" on the label. All others with more than 150MG per dose, most likely fake.

And with the FDA's manipulation of labels, it becomes difficult to identify the actual product. We must research and learn how much actual food of said vitamin can fit inside a pill.

Other dangerous synthetics, A, B and D.

Anytime the term "folic acid" sits with B, it's synthetic.

If vitamin A comes in tablet or a power capsule, it's synthetic.

Vitamin D with

  • calcitriol,
  • doxercalciferol
  • or calcipotriene

don't take, they're fake.

With the coup complete in the food and vitamin market, we can’t trust the FDA or Government. It’s impossible to know what the word natural means. An item with natural in the title can also imply 100% synthetic trash.

Real Vitamins

When on the hunt for the real deal, search for the following.

Vitamin B must use the term active B and contain one or more of the listed ingredients (Maffetone, Dr Phil. 2015):

  • Thiamine (B1): Thiamine pyrophosphate; Thiamine triphosphate.
  • Riboflavin (B2): Riboflavin-5-phosphate; Flavin mononucleotide (FMN)
  • Niacin (B3): Nicotinamide (adenine dinucleotide)
  • Pantothenic acid (B5): Pantethine
  • Pyridoxine (B6): Pyridoxal-5-phosphate
  • Folic acid: Folinic acid; 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate (???)
  • Cobalamin (B12): Methylcobalamin; Adenosylcobalamin
  • Choline: Phosphatydlcholine

Real Vitamin D carries in its label:

  • D2 from plants
  • D3 from animal.

Conclusion

The entities which supply our supply chains don't have our best interest. Today we must become our own chemist. Our own health experts. We must learn the terms used to weed out the fakes from the actual. If we refuse, we’re one pill away from cancer and death.
