I received an email from the MyHeritage site, a company specialized in genealogical study with various tools, ranging from the availability of digital consultation of birth and death records, to services for the collection and study of biological samples for DNA study, in order to establish affinity and family relationships that were unknown. Some time ago, they put into operation an optimization tool for the digitized images of old photos, it worked with a certain form of Artificial Intelligence, but now, they have one thing added, it is the possibility of fixing color photos, specifically it says: This new feature uses the incredible deep learning technology, licensed exclusively to MyHeritage by DeOldify, and created by Jason Antic and Dana Kelley. Color restoration is ideal for reviving photos that were taken in color between the 1950s and 1990s, kept in albums, and faded over the years. This function restores the original colors and sharpens the photo in the process.  The Color of the old photos is so familiar to me, it fills me with a certain nostalgia, I really know that they look better when using the concealer, but I feel that it has a certain charm to preserve the two versions, it is old. Recibí un correo del sitio de MyHeritage, una empresa especializada en estudio genealógico con diversas herramientas, que van desde la disponibilidad de consulta digital de registros de nacimiento y defunciones, hasta servicios para la recolección y estudio de muestras biológicas para estudio de ADN, a fin de establecer afinidad y relaciones familiares que eran desconocidas.
Hace algún tiempo, pusieron en funcionamiento una herramienta de optimización de las imágenes digitalizadas de viejas fotos, trabajaba con una cierta forma de Inteligencia Artificial, pero ahora, tienen una cosa agregada, se trata de la posibilidad de arreglar fotos a color, en específico dice: Esta nueva función utiliza la increíble tecnología de aprendizaje profundo, licenciada exclusivamente a MyHeritage por DeOldify, y creada por Jason Antic y Dana Kelley. La restauración de colores es ideal para revivir fotos que fueron tomadas a color entre los años cincuenta y noventa, guardadas en álbumes, y que se decoloraron con los años. Esta función restaura los colores originales y aumenta la nitidez de la foto en el proceso.  El Color de las viejas fotos me resulta tan familiar, me llena de cierta nostalgia, en verdad sé que se ven mejor al utilizar el corrector, pero siento que tiene cierto encanto conservar las dos versiones, es cosa de viejos jajaja |
