Hello!!! it's me again bringing original and quality content, this time I went to the museum of natural history and science in Lisbon, my intention was to create a post that summarizes how splendid science is! I want to focus only on Biology since it is my vocation and I want to show you with magnificent images how beautiful this science is!🐿🐇🦐🐛🧠

LISBON MUSEUM🦉🐦🌳/MUSEO DE LISBOA🕋
Building built for the Polytechnic School of Lisbon between 1857 and 1878, it was Faculty of Science from 1911 until, roughly speaking, the fire of 1978 and today houses the Museums of the University of Lisbon/National Museum of Natural History and Science (MUL /MUHNAC), since the merger of the Science Museum of the University of Lisbon (1985) with the National Museum of Natural History (1858) in 2011.🤔🤔
The authorship of the architectural project is not clear, with the participation of General Silva e Costa, president of the Administrative Board of the Polytechnic School, the Drawing teachers Luis Muriel and João Pedro Monteiro and, finally, Pierre-Joseph Pézerat, to whom José Augusto France assigns the final shape to the building. The neoclassical building was built on the rubble of another building, destroyed by fire in 1843, where the Novitiate of Cotovia (17th century) and the Colégio dos Nobres (18th century) had been installed.😋😊

I have had a positive impression of the museum, from the moment you enter the building until you leave, you learn a great number of topics! For example, there is a room where they explain a little about how man and botanic hand in hand grew together to create a great variety of tools and medicines! primitive man created everything from weapons to objects to produce song!😶😮

It is framed to the west by the so-called 'Avenida das Palmeiras', which was probably planted in the early 20th century, and to the north by the Botanical Garden. The building has several other annex buildings: the old canteen building (currently Teatro da Politécnica) and other smaller buildings to the east, and the Council Room and Library Reading Room building, extended to the Rua da Escola Politécnica, to the West. The original interiors were destroyed in the Faculty fire (1978), with the exception of Laboratorio Chimico (in the South wing), the Physics Office and Instituto D. Luís (both in the North wing). It is part of the principalmain nucleus of the former Polytechnic School - Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon’ classified as a Monument of Public Interest in 2013.🕵️♂️🕵️♀️

WHAT IS SCIENCE??🥽🥼/QUE ES CIENCIA🤔🕵️♂️
The set of knowledge that people have about the world, as well as the human activity destined to achieve them, is what we call science. The term science derives from the Latin scire, which means to know, to know; its equivalent in Greek is shopia, which means the art of knowing.😃😃
Mario Bunge tells us about it; “Science in resolution, grows from common knowledge and exceeds it in its common growth and exceeds it in its growth; in fact, scientific research begins in the same place where experience and ordinary knowledge stop solving problems or even raising them.😍😍
Science gives rise to a set of knowledge, creates laws of the objective world, multiple branches of knowledge are diversified, creates laws of the objective world, diversifies into multiple branches of knowledge or specific sciences that are distinguished from each other by the aspect of the objective reality and the forms of the movements of the matter studied😁😁
Biology (from the Greek βίος [bíos], "life", and -λογία [-logía], "treatise, study, science") is the science that studies living beings and their characteristics, such as their origin, evolution and its properties, nutrition, morphogenesis, reproduction (asexual and sexual), pathogenesis, etc. It deals with both the description of the characteristics and behaviors of individual organisms, as well as the species as a whole, as well as the reproduction of living beings and the interactions between them and the environment.😍😍
Thus, biology proposes the empirical study and limited to the scientific method of the foundations of life, wanting to find the norms that regulate it and the processes that determine its dynamics. That is why biologists are dedicated to studying the similarities and differences between species, and to ordering them into various "kingdoms" of classification.😁😁
The emergence of the study of life has its origins in Ancient Greece at the hands of Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC), who is considered the first naturalist. Since then, and for many centuries, research on living beings continued without being recognized for their scientific status. Already in the 20th century, Biology was reviled by the Vienna Circle, which conceived of Physics as a model of science.😁😁
Biology as a set of organized knowledge begins around the year 500 BC. in Greece; Many of the results obtained at this time were based on observation and logical thinking, the scientific method as a tool for research was not yet known. One of the beliefs of the time was that the behavior of nature was governed by the designs of one or more gods; the state of mind of these, determined the diseases, the storms, the plagues, etc. The man, as a simple mortal, had no ability to explain the different phenomena that occurred around him.😏😏
