Yeah, I can relate to this syndrome because at one point in my life I felt really below standard and I had no idea it had a general name, I was, however, able to overcome this by learning to believe more in myself. I however noticed that my kid brother had the same issue I am currently working with him to help him get over it, it is a gradual process but we are getting better. I hope you are getting better now though?

Oh dear.. glad you're better and helping your brother get better.
Ever since I discovered it, and noted it was a problem, I began to reassure myself. I deserve to be accorded my accolades and I'll take them😊
