There can be two reasons for you to trade your SNAX tokens for Steem - either:

You have a lot of SNAX accumulated, and you do not know how to sell,

OR

You want to get on HIVE and wish to liquidate the accumulated SNAX that is there on you Steem account.

So, what do you do?

Here is what you do?

I had the same question/s for trading my SNAX tokens, and I did not know what was to be done.

Well, that was three hours back. Now I know what to do.

So, here are the steps:

STEP 1: Log on to your SNAX Account/Wallet

Self-explanatory, just go to Snax.one by clicking here or from your Steempeak wallet. Log in to the account to access your wallet:

This is how my wallet appears.

STEP 2: Initiate Send Process

This is where you send your SNAX tokens to Steem-engine.

a. Click on Send tab in your wallet

b. Click on Steem tab to select sending tokens to Steem. The other options are “SNAX” and “Twitter.”

c. Under “to” tab enter steemsnax

d. In memo enter your Steem account name without the @

e. So, the screen looks like this:

STEP 3: Hit Send

Self-explanatory again.

I recommend sending a smaller amount first so that you can be sure.

STEP 4: Check SNAX Transactions and Steem-Engine

Here is how you check:

a. Under the transaction tab in your SNAX wallet, you will see the snax sent. It will appear like this.

b. In you Steem Engine wallet the SNAX token will appear as SNAXpegged

Caution: Steem-Engine was acting up a bit, so it took me some time before I could see the transaction on the site. Otherwise, it usually should take about a minute to realize your transaction on Steem Engine.

c. As you can see, there is a 1% transaction fee charged and hence received only 990 SNAX tokens

d. Now, go ahead and trade. 😊
