Implanted contraceptives are one type of device that can be used by women to prevent ovulation. Inplant contraceptives are like a wooden match (0.24 cm long and 2.5-4 cm long) with a flexible consistency, the composition of progestogen compounds in the right amount. possessed can prevent ovulation when an egg is released. Cervical mucus will thicken and endometrial walls as the most important part of the menstrual cycle and the occurrence of implantation will thin out, the thinning of the endometrial wall can inhibit ovulation.

When fertilization occurs, the thinning walls of the endometrium will prevent the formed embryo from sticking or implantation in the uterus, the endometrial wall will thicken and fall out, so that blood will come out through the vagina and this is what is called the menstrual cycle.

Not all contraceptives use the same technique, condoms are used by men when they are about to perform coitus, vasectomy is also the same, but it is surgical and permanent, meaning that this procedure is cut / tied with male vasa deferentia so that sperm will not enter the urethra. For tubectomy performed on women with the same procedure (performed cutting / binding of the tube).
While the implant contraceptive is done by inserting it under the skin layer using a tool.

Implant contraceptives are one type of contraception that is appropriate to use to prevent pregnancy. The effectiveness of using inplates is also influenced by the brand used, usually effectively used in a span of 3 to 5 years. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the previous implantation schedule so that it can be replaced regularly. There are cases of pregnancy that occur in women who use this contraceptive, but after further assessment it turns out that she has been using the implant for more than 5 years without regular examination / replacement of her implants.

Advantages of Using Implant

Susceptibility to Ovulation is often caused by forgetfulness, for example a woman who uses the pill irregularly according to the schedule will have the potential to fail in a Ovulation prevention program. The rules for taking birth control pills of course depend on the type of birth control pill chosen. Take 1 pill daily for 28 days (4 weeks) continuously, then start a new pack on day 29.

While the use of inplants can reduce errors or ineffectiveness of contraceptives, besides this contraception is safe to use for women who cannot use other types of contraception such as the injection or pill method.

Although it is safe to use, contraception also has side effects, for example disruption of the menstrual cycle (irregular menstruation), for this reason, health education is needed for prospective contraceptive recipients in order to avoid psychological disorders (stress) due to the effects that are found later on.

Implant Procedure

Inplat can be placed on women who are not pregnant (pregnant), by:

  1. Perform a physical examination of the prospective implant recipient
  2. Determine the location of the proper installation (between the biceps and triceps muscles)
  3. Disinfect the installation area with alcohol
  4. Local anesthesia to relieve pain during insertion.
  5. Mark the location to be installed.
  6. Insert the implant with a special tool and push it under the skin.
  7. After the implant is in the correct position, the incision is closed with a special bandage and dry gauze.
  8. There will be pain after the effect of the anesthesia wears off, but it is normal and will disappear within 3 days.

Local Anesthesia

To stop using the implant, it can be done in just a few minutes, starting with local anesthesia (the area of the previous installation) then a small incision is made on one side of the inplant, push the inplant into the incised area, pull it out using sterile tweezers. After removal, the surface of the skin that was incised is covered with sterile gauze before applying the plaster, this is done to prevent infection.

Avoid placing implants in:

  1. Blood disorders and liver disorders
  2. Vaginal bleeding
  3. History of Cancer
  4. Migraine
  5. Depression
  6. Hypertension
  7. Nervous system disorders
  8. Kidney Disease

You keep saying that contraceptives are used to prevent ovulation. You said this in several places in your post. AN example is below:

One of the contraceptives that can be used to prevent ovulation is using condom contraception, intrauterine contraceptives, using pills, vasectomy and tubectomy and implant contraceptive medote.

Also, did you take the images/gif you used yourself? I am curious to know.

Aside from the issues pointed out, this is generally a good write-up about contraceptives.
