A while back spoke about nine ways to encrypt you files, but today I thought I would spotlight one tool I forgot to mention in that list: AES Crypt. While it may not be quite as secure as GPG, it is super simple to use, just take a file and encrypt it with a password.
There are versions of it for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and IOS – and it is super hand to use when sharing files securely between different people or even between two of your own devices. It’s simple enough that this snippet will pretty much be all the tutorial you’d need, so if it sounds useful then check it out. Thanks for reading and I hope this helped.
