How Alcohol Create Cancer In Our Body.
According to a recent study, Alcohol consumption caused 4% of cancer in the UK and about 12800 cancer cases every year.
According to study alcohol can cause irreversible genetic damage to the body's reserve of stem cells.
Scientist at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge, gave diluted alcohol to mice.

Then they used chromosome analysis and DNA sequencing to examine the genetic damaged caused by Acetaldehyde, a harmful chemical produced when the body possesses Alcohol.
They found that Acetaldehyde can break and damage DNA within blood stem cells that leads to rearranging chromosomes and permanently alternating the DNA sequence within these Cells.
Researchers are telling that Alcohol causes cancer by scrambling the DNA in cells. These lead to deadly mutations which stopping our cells from repairing the damage.
Alcohol can cause Seven forms of Cancer in the body.
Alcohol converted into a toxic chemical called Acetaldehyde.
Acetaldehyde can also cause Liver cells to grow faster than normal. These regenerating cells are more likely to pick up changes in their genes that could lead to cirrhosis which can cause Liver cancer.
Ethanol is broken down mainly by the liver but lots other cells residing in other parts of our body like some of the bacteria living in our mouths and the linings of our guys are also able to convert ethanol into Acetaldehyde.
Alcohol can increase the levels of some Hormones like oestrogen. Hormones give instructions to our cells like when to divide.
Drinking alcohol can increase the unusual division of cells which can cause Breast Cancer.
Smoking and drinking at the same time are very dangerous.
Alcohol makes it easier for the mouth and throat to absorb cancer-causing chemicals in tobacco.
Alcohol Reduce Folate Level:
Folate is an important vitamin that helps our cells to produce new DNA correctly.
Peoples who drink alcohol have lower levels of Folate in their blood.
Because of lower Folate level can increase the risk of cancer.

Alcohol can cause highly reactive molecules, called Reactive Oxygen Species ( ROS) to be produced in our cells.
These molecules can damage DNA. Because of these chances of developing cancer in the body increased.
Lack Of Protective Enzymes In our body Increased Risk Of Cancer :
In our body, we have two types of enzymes, which neutralised the effect Acetaldehyde.
These two enzymes clear away the acetaldehyde from our body and repair the DNA damage.
According to a study in our body, we have Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 2( ALDH2).
This enzyme removed Acetaldehyde from our body
About 8% of world population mostly East Asian people don't have ALDH2 enzymes in their body
Because of that Chinese people have a tendency of Oesophageal Cancers.
Alcohol addicted people have a greater chance of breast and bowel cancer.
It is not like that person those drinking alcohol excessively have a chance of getting cancer, but people who drink moderately have the same chance of getting cancer.
So let's start avoiding Alcohol from today and save ourselves and save our future generation.
