7.Energía Asequible y no contaminante: el cambio del uso de los combustibles fósiles contaminantes (hidrocarburos y carbón) a energía limpia y renovable es un cambio que se ha realizado de manera gradual. Como es el caso de Holanda, se aprovecha la fuerza del viento para generar energía eólica y transformarla en energía eléctrica. En casa cuando cocinamos podemos ahorrar energía cuando por ejemplo ponemos a cocinar algo y lo tapamos, su cocción será más eficiente que cuando esta descubierto.

Usar el transporte público, bicicleta o simplemente caminar para ahorrar combustible es una buena manera de promover la sostenibilidad además te permite estar en contacto con tu entorno. Anímate a crear un jardín en tu casa, es una maravillosa experiencia, cuidar y ver crecer tus plantas sean medicinales u ornamentales, es una excelente terapia de relajación y contribuirás con las disminución de dióxido de carbono en el aire
