Drone Show - Germany Day of Re-Unification

At the end of the celebrations for the Day of German Unity 2021, a multimedia and drone show took place on October 3, 2021 at Giebichenstein Castle. A total of 200 drones were used to replace the traditional final fireworks in a climate-friendly manner. Designed by the light artist Jens Hillenkötter and his company Technology Arts from Melle in Lower Saxony, a Trabant, the Brandenburg Gate and Germany's growing together were shown at the night sky over the city Halle in Eastern Germany
